Is there a cancellation fee?
Public event tickets are non-refundable 48 hours before the event, and private events are non-refundable 72 hours before they start.
Is this safe?
Yes, we followed all safety guidelines while designing and building this sauna. Proper heater installation, wall insulation, CO detectors installed, and only non-toxic materials were used. For added safety, the trailer comes equipped with a fire extinguisher.
Is the sauna trailer loud?
No, our sauna trailer uses a very quiet inverter generator that has also been insulated for noise control.
Can I book anywhere in the US?
We are currently working on expanding and allowing for sauna use anywhere. However, at this time we are limited to select locations in PA.
Can the trailer come to me?
Our focus has shifted from delivering the sauna anywhere to hosting sauna events in a few select locations. However we may still bring the experience to you. Contact us at: orderbanyanow.com for more information.
How often will public events be hosted?
Our public events are hosted twice a month and usually limited to 15 people. With the average price of $125.
